I'm taking a class/program with a friend. Can I register for him/her/it?
Each student must register individually. If you are buying for a friend/family member, please prepare their details for the registration form and payment.
Is there an appropriate age or experience level for classes and programs?
NO AGE LIMIT. All classes and programs are open to everyone, except for Kids Classes.
Any Intermediate to Advanced classes and programs will be indicated in our class descriptions and social media promotions.
What are the mode of payments available?
All classes must be paid via GCash, Maya, or BPI upon checkout. Cash payments may be made via the website thru ECPay or visit any Cloud Coffee Branch in Naga City.
We also accept walk-ins but walk-in rates shall apply.
Something has changed with my schedule and I can't come to class. Are refunds allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds. What we can offer you is to bank your payment with us for any of our future classes, programs, and events within 12 hours before your originally booked class/program.
Should you miss your class without prior info, your class registration will be deemed forfeited.
Are classes/programs transferrable?
All transactions are non-transferrable. Should you not be able to make it to your scheduled class/program, please let us know at least 12 hours before your registered class so we can bank your payment as credit for future classes/programs.
Can I take another class/program instead?
As long as you inform us at least 24 hours before your booked class/program, you are allowed to take another class/program instead.
What is the validity period of my 'credit'?
Your banked credits can be used within three (3) months from the date of your originally booked class/program. Afterwards, it is deemed forfeited. Extension of validity shall depend on your reason and proof of inability to attend the originally booked class/program.
Where are your FAQs for events and other activities?
These FAQs are for classes and programs. Each event and activity has their own respective FAQ, especially competitions. Please reach out to us directly if you have questions: hyp.ednaga@gmail.com.
It says here that the class/program/event/activity is not by hyp.ed, what are the FAQs or Terms & Conditions?
If it is not a hyp.ed-sponsored class/program/event/activity, FAQs and T&Cs will be added unto the description of that specific class/program/event/activity. This shall depend on the partner/collaborator offering the class/program/event/activity.
Reach out to us if you have any specific concerns about such.
Can I use the hyp.ed CLASS PASS for other classes/programs/activities?
All hyp.ed-sponsored CLASS PASS such as the EXPLORER, GROWTH, and ULTIMATE PASS can only be used for hyp.ed's official dance classes/programs.
All other offerings such as partner/collaborator-initiated classes/programs/events/activities shall not be covered.
Payments
I don't have GCash, Maya, or any e-wallet or bank account. How do I pay?
There are two options for CASH PAYMENTS:
- Buy a class at any Cloud Coffee branch in Naga City
- Select any of the "Over-The-Counter" payment methods available upon checkout. Follow the instructions and pay accordingly.
How to pay using GCash or any other e-wallet or bank app?
Upon check out of ordered classes,
- Select QR Payments
- Scan/screenshot & upload the generated QR using your GCash app or any other e-wallet or bank app that supports QR PH
- Pay accordingly.
- Wait for the checkout process to complete and receive your payment.
What are your supported payment methods right now?
We're currently partnered with Xendit and it currently accepts:
- GCash and other e-wallets/banks via QRPH
- Maya
- GrabPay
- BPI, Unionbank, and RCBC (Direct Debit)
- ECPay (Over-the-Counter)
