For heels class, wearing 2 to 3.5-inch stilettos, block heels, or boots with secure ankle straps is highly encouraged to help you master the technique and lines. However, heels are not required. You are absolutely welcome to attend, train, and dance in your favorite sneakers or socks. Pack your water, wear breathable, stretchy clothes, and bring your best energy.
